Hello Counter-Strike players!
Today, we are happy to tell you that we are introducing our Bot Replay functionality for the SCL Practice Servers.
The feature is simple. Using commands, you record your movement and grenade-usage. Once you are happy with the recording, you can play it using a bot. The bot will mimic everything you do, which can be useful for various practice reasons, such as:
- Have a bot throw utility while learning how to dodge flashes, molovots etcetera.
- Show your teammates using the bot exactly how they should play a specific position or role.
- Play multiple replays simultaneously to simulate a strategy.
- Use a bot to compare timing from spawn (Mirage mid-peek for instance).
- Anything else your imagination can come up with!
Here is a video showing exactly how to go about using this plugin.
Commands list
.play <alias>: Plays a bot replay.
.record <alias>: Starts recording a bot replay.
.stoprecord: Stops the bot recording.
.storereplay: Stores the recording in a replay to make it playable.
.replays: Lists all the replays stored.
.deletereplay <alias>: Deletes a replay from the list
